Our goal is to be a resource to our participants so that they can obtain meaningful employment, experience the dignity of work, and become the providers that God has designed them to be.

The inability to find and keep employment is a substantial barrier for a man to becoming a stable, productive, God glorifying individual. Poor work histories, frequent or lengthy periods of unemployment, and criminal records present monumental challenges to finding employment. Inability to find work is a source of discouragement and a reason why many individuals, although determined to succeed, ultimately fail.

To provide help in his job search, Next Step offers support in the following areas:

Finding employment is the first step; keeping a job is obviously essential. Next Step will provide routine and frequent follow-up to provide assurance that any employment issues are being addressed and adjustments are made as needed.
